These terms govern purchases from foliolystudio.com. They’re written to be read, not to hide things — the parts that matter most (shipping, returns, payments) each have their own plain-language page, and nothing here overrides your non-waivable statutory rights.
1. Who you’re buying from
Folioly Studio (foliolystudio.com) is operated by MERIDIAN HERALD ECOMMERCE LIMITED (Company No. 17349231), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“Folioly Studio”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@foliolystudio.com.
2. Prices & payment
- All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price at checkout is the price you pay; shipping is shown before you confirm
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
- Your card statement will show a descriptor referencing FOLIOLY / foliolystudio.com
- Local import duties or taxes on international orders, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility
3. Orders & made-to-order production
Every print is produced to order. Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation; production normally starts the same or next business day. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues with framing materials — you’ll hear from us either way. You may cancel free of charge any time before your order ships.
4. Shipping, returns & refunds

5. Artwork & intellectual property
- All artworks sold on this site are original works created by and for Folioly Studio. Copyright in every artwork remains with us
- Buying a print gives you the physical print for personal display — it does not transfer reproduction, resale-as-file, or commercial licensing rights
- You may not scan, photograph or otherwise reproduce a purchased print for commercial use without written permission
6. Colour & product accuracy
We describe paper, inks, sizes and frames precisely and colour-manage our printing chain. Screens are backlit and paper is matte, so minor tonal differences between your display and the physical print are normal and not a defect. In-room photographs show unframed prints styled in frames for scale — frames are included only on products named “Framed”.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs once an order has been dispatched on time, though we will always help chase a stuck parcel.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
