What exactly am I buying?
A giclée fine-art print of an original Folioly Studio artwork on 240 gsm matte cotton paper, printed to order with archival pigment inks. Unframed prints ship with a generous white border for easy framing. “Framed Oak” pieces arrive in a solid oak frame with acrylic glazing, ready to hang.
Are the artworks really original?
Yes — every piece is designed in-house by the studio. We don’t sell reproductions of famous paintings, licensed characters or stock imagery.
Will the colours match my screen?
Very closely. We colour-manage the whole chain, but paper is matte and screens glow — expect the print to look a touch softer and warmer than a backlit display. That’s the point of matte cotton paper.
The print arrived rolled — how do I flatten it?
Unroll it, lay it face up under a few heavy books overnight (24–48 hours for the largest size) and it will sit perfectly flat for framing. Full advice on the Paper & Framing page.
Sizes & framing
Which size should I pick?
30 × 40 cm for shelves, desks and small walls; 50 × 70 cm above furniture; 61 × 91 cm as a statement piece over a sofa or bed. The Size & Hanging Guide has inch conversions and wall-by-wall advice.
Do standard frames fit?
Yes — all three sizes are standard frame formats (roughly 12 × 16″, 20 × 28″ and 24 × 36″), so off-the-shelf frames fit without custom cutting.
Is a frame included with regular prints?
No — only products named “Framed” include the oak frame. In-room photos show prints framed for scale and styling inspiration.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Nothing — shipping is free on every order, worldwide, tracked, with no minimum. Prints are made to order and dispatched in 1–2 business days (framed 2–3) — details on Shipping & Delivery.
How is it packed?
Unframed prints travel rolled in rigid kraft tubes with end caps. Framed pieces and framed sets travel flat in corner-protected rigid boxes.
Returns & payment
What if it’s not right on my wall?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any print in its original condition — even though each one is printed to order. Damaged in transit? Email photos and we reprint and reship free. See Returns & Refunds.
How do I pay?
Checkout is processed by Stripe (major cards, plus wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay where available). Prices are in US dollars. Your card details never touch our servers.
