One order, one tube — several rolled prints travel together at no extra cost, which is the economical way to start a gallery wall.
Production time
- Unframed prints and print sets: printed, inspected and dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Framed pieces: printed, framed and dispatched within 2–3 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment your order ships
Packaging
- Unframed prints: rolled around a support core inside a rigid kraft tube with end caps — the museum-shipping standard for works on paper
- Framed pieces & framed sets: flat, corner-protected, double-boxed with acrylic (not glass) glazing for safe transit
- Gallery-wall sets ship rolled together in one tube, with their hanging layout card
Where we ship
Worldwide. International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes on delivery, which are the recipient’s responsibility — most print orders fall under typical duty-free thresholds, but rules vary by country.
If something goes wrong in transit
If your order arrives creased, torn or with a damaged frame, email photos of the print and the packaging to support@foliolystudio.com within 30 days — we reprint and reship free, and you don’t need to post anything back. If tracking stalls for more than 10 business days, write to us and we’ll chase or replace it.
